The way I dress doesn’t NOT involve any collars, buttons, pockets, giant logos, sparkling beads, etc. I like to wear a plain-inexpensive shirt. That’s what the guy’s section in a FXXI provides. It does’t have any hidden logos or get any more complicated than choosing either a V-neck or basic tee. Old Navy sells plain shirts too, but FXXI’s shirts feel more curved to match the body while Old Navy’s stuff assumes that I’m SpongeBob. On top of everything so far, I shop there because it’s about 6-10 bucks per shirt. A Zune is my way of living. I am not trying to say that Apple does not provide quality products, because they do, but I am not a go-with-the-crowd type of person. I need music that I can manually personalize without my software doing it automatically for me. Plus there’s no need to hack into any Zune because there’s nothing that’s being kept from anyone. It gets the job done, and I do have a tendency to be a little bit different from anyone else. I had to do research on this product that pushed me into a whole world of foot-abuse I never knew. Normally 5-toed shoes are made for exercising activities, but Fila invented a lifestyle shoe; at least that is what they are promoting. I like to take care of my body, because I only get one in this lifetime, and these shoes help maintain my foot/leg/back health. Marketers have to continually observe and change marketing strategies in order to stay within the interest of the continually changing generations. Each generation has its general differences that make it its own generation. I fit into the Millennials category, obviously. If so then please explain how their customer service dropped to unsatisfactory. I recently went there for a New Year’s trip to California. It was filled to the max, literally. The holidays forced both parks to close when they reached their 75,000-80,000 occupancy. Lines that took 40-80 minutes to enter rides became were typical. Anyways, I don’t want to complain about the tightly-packed crowds in the theme park, I want to complain about the employees working in the theme park. As a kid, I remember the employees being nice and giving warm smiles upon entrance into “the happiest place on earth.” So why do I see the employees as people that would qualify at my local grocery store. Now I’ll cut some slack and say that they didn’t do anything toward the customers, but that’s exactly the problem, they didn’t do anything! It seems as if Disneyland workers just show up, do their job, get paid, and then leave. There’s no effort made in socializing with patrons. This mentality deserves a factory position with no co-workers.&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;As Armstrong and Kotler wrote in their book, “&lt;i style="color: red;"&gt;T&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;oday’s successful companies have one thing in common: Like Zappos, they are strongly customer-focused and heavily committed to marketing. Perhaps they had a bad day from all the people during the holidays. Or maybe everything just looked awesome from my perspective as a young cheesy child.
